Elsewhere Atlas doesn't require you to create an account. Your birth details and report are stored in your own browser, not tied to an identity we manage — see our Privacy Policy for details.
The Full Atlas report is a one-time payment of $9.99. It is not a subscription, and you will not be charged again automatically.
Because the report is digital content delivered immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact us at whereisyourelsewhereatlas@gmail.com and we'll do what we can to help.
If you're located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, that right normally lasts 14 days — but at checkout you're asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that doing so waives that right once your report is generated. We only treat the sale as final where you've given that consent; if you did not, your statutory withdrawal rights still apply.
Don't misuse the service — that includes attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, resell reports generated through it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
The Elsewhere Atlas name, design, and site content belong to us. Your own report — the specific text and city rankings generated for your birth details — is yours to keep, save, and share for personal, non-commercial use.
Elsewhere Atlas relies on third-party providers for astrological calculations, AI-generated text, city lookups, and payment processing. We're not responsible for outages, errors, or downtime originating from those providers, though we'll do our best to work around them.
Elsewhere Atlas is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that your report will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any city recommendation will lead to any particular outcome. See our Disclaimer for more.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elsewhere Atlas and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will update the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use Elsewhere Atlas after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
