Any city will let you introduce yourself differently. That is not astrology, it is anonymity, and it works everywhere nobody knows you.
What a chart can suggest is where change may be structural rather than cosmetic — where the place actually pushes on something rather than simply letting you redecorate.

Four lines carry most of what astrology associates with reinvention. They are not interchangeable, and the one people ask for is rarely the one they are describing.
What these lines look like in real cities
A concrete version, since the abstract one only goes so far. These are not recommendations — your reinvention lines run somewhere specific to your birth moment, and across everyone alive they fall roughly evenly across every longitude. There is no shortlist that applies to a whole population.
What is worth reading is the combination. The same line through an easy, inexpensive city and through a fast, expensive one describes two different years. If one of yours does fall near a place below, this is the kind of thing it may describe.
What actually decides the answer for you
